We had a great experience with Guzman’s party rental. They were kind, responsive and easy to work with. Wendy was patient enough to answer all our questions and gave great suggestions. For our twins birthday party, we rented the 22ft purple wet slide, snow cone machine, popcorn machine and a margarita machine for the adults! The party was a huge hit! We did a one day rental so the products were delivered at 1230pm and picked up at 530pm. The delivery team was quick, knowledgeable and kind. Will rent from this company again.

We rented tables, chairs, and two tents from Guzman's Party Rentals for our June wedding, and we could not have been happier with our all around experience. Throughout the entire process, we worked with Wendy (the main office gal) and she was amazing!!! Her communication was always so friendly and she was very quick to reply to any and all questions we had. We also had to adjust our order about a month away from our event date, and Wendy was quick to make our order adjustment without any issue. The actual items we rented were all in great condition and looked beautiful for our big day! We would recommend Guzman's to anyone looking to rent party equipment. I rented some items from Guzman's for my daughter's birthday party last week and I had a great customer experience, pre, during and after the event. Guzman's team contacted me a couple a days before the event to review my order. At the day, they had a little delay to deliver, they called me to let me know that the team was on their way. When they arrived, they worked pretty hard to get things done quickly and nicely. Then, after the event, they came back to pickup the equipment on time and again they did a great job. Thank you all!

We hosted a celebration of life party in our backyard. From the first email response, we sent a request on a Tuesday evening, after hours, Wendy responded first thing Wednesday, everyone has been very professional and treated us nicely. We had to make a change and I called after hours on a Saturday ( not intentional, did not realize the office is closed on Sat/Sun) and Wendy answered the phone anyway. I explained our situation as I was a bit frantic and stressed, Wendy was very calm and reassuring. She did not make a promise that she could not keep or that they would be able to do exactly what I needed, but she did promise she would check and get back to me right away during their next business day, which she absolutely did.
The gentlemen that dropped off, set up and picked up the rental equipment were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. All around great experience and we will be repeat customers with Guzman's. Highly recommend this company. And the prices are very good too!! We rented a 20' X 30' tent, chairs and tables. All exactly what we expected and as advertised on the site. Tent was super cool and sturdy too. July Colorado afternoon/evening party, of course it rained. No one got wet. We had electronics out there and they were protected as well. 10/10 for sure.

The manager Wendy has top tier customer service. I can tell she’s a great supervisor because the setup/pickup team is a reflection of her since they have always provided great communication and service too. I rented from Guzman’s Party Rentals last year for a Labor Day party. I searched and searched the internet for a company that had a large selection of water slides and came across their website. Not only were they very reasonably priced, they were super easy to order from and accommodating! They delivered and set up at exactly the time I requested and picked up the following morning. The delivery drivers were very friendly and efficient. It couldn’t have gone any smoother! It was such a success, we have decided to make this party an annual event and Guzman’s will be who we continue to use. We’ve rented their large water slides, tables, and chairs and they were all delivered in great condition. If you’re looking for a party rental place, you can’t go wrong with Guzman’s!

We had a bounce house booked with ANOTHER company (not Guzman's) and the day before our party that other company said the bounce house we originally rented was unavailable.
